The crash happened around 7:40 p.m. near Truman Road and Prospect Avenue, according to a written statement from the Kansas City Police Department. Investigators with KCPD determined that a Dodge was being chased by police north on Prospect when the fleeing driver struck a car and white SUV at a stoplight.
