A 16-year-old has been charged with murder in the June 22 shooting death of a man in Kansas City, Kan.

Lloyd Vincent IV remained at large Friday after he was charged with murder in Wyandotte County juvenile court. He is accused of shooting Lonnie V. Mitchell III, 21, last month in the 1900 block of North Third Street. Both men resided in Kansas City, Kan.

A statement from Wyandotte County District Attorney Jerome Gorman said Vincent may be armed and dangerous. Kansas City, Kan., police continued to investigate the case.
