Olathe police asked for help from the public Thursday as they sought to identify a person suspected of trying to break into an ATM last week.
Police distributed photos of a person they believe is a male, who allegedly tried to break into the front of the machine on July 8. Police said no money was lost.
A photo of a suspect vehicle, an older, white four-door car, was also distributed by police.
Police did not identify the owner of the ATM, but said it was located in the 11800 block of South Ridgeview Road in Olathe.
