Man who wanted sex with minors sentenced to federal prison
A Texas man who traveled to Kansas City to have sex with two minor girls was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison.
John Paul Christian had communicated online with a man about meeting the man’s 11 and 15-year-old daughters for sex, but the man turned out to be an undercover police officer.
Authorities arrested the 42-year-old Christian when he arrived in Kansas City in March 2014 after having agreed to pay $400 for sex with the two girls.
A letter Christian had with him described how he wanted to get the 15-year-old pregnant so that they could have a “little baby girl together” that they in turn would sexually molest, according to federal prosecutors in Kansas City.
