Man sought in KCK rape

Kansas City, Kan., police on Wednesday released a sketch of a rapist wanted for a Sept. 17 assault in the area of Interstate 70 and Interstate 635, according to police.

They described him as a white man in his 40s with graying dark hair and a tattoo of a red devil on his left bicep. He was driving a 2000 to 2005 dark blue or black Chevy Malibu. The car had a Kansas license plate with the last three numbers of 917 or 971.
