Two people hospitalized after Monday night shooting in Kansas City

Kansas City police are investigating a shooting Monday night that left two people seriously injured.
Officers located the victims in the 9000 block of East 74th Street around 8:15 p.m., according to a Kansas City police dispatcher. She said the man and woman, who were found in a car, were believed to be in stable condition Monday night.
Details about the shooting and what led up to it were not readily available.
