Two dead in Overland Park shooting

A shooting Tuesday night in Overland Park killed two men, police said.

Police said the report came shortly before 10 p.m. from the 7800 block of West 61st Street, near Crestview Park. One dead man was found in the street. Police found a wounded man a short distance away. He was taken to Overland Park Regional Hospital where he later died.

Police continue to investigate.
