Three charged in connection to Odessa, Mo., killing
Three Odessa, Mo., men were charged Monday with assault in connection to a death Sunday night in Odessa.
Police said the victim was found shot about 8 p.m. outside a residence in the 500 block of West Orchard Street. Police did not release the man’s name Monday.
Travis James Graham, 37, was charged in Lafayette County Circuit Court with two counts each of first-degree assault and armed criminal action. A cash bond was set at $100,000. Brandon Eugene Dyer, 28, was charged with assault and armed criminal action as well as tampering with a motor vehicle. A cash bond was set at $75,000. Jonathan Colt Morre, in his late 20s, was charged with assault and armed criminal action. A cash bond was set at $35,000.
