Platte County assistant prosecutor honored for work fighting child abuse
Assistant Platte County Prosecutor Chris Seufert has been honored for his work combating child sexual abuse.
Missouri Lawyers Weekly, a trade publication focused to the law, recognized Seufert Friday with an “Up and Coming Lawyer” award.
The award recognizes lawyers who are 40 or younger for demonstrating excellence in the legal profession and in their service to their communities.
“Chris Seufert’s passion for protecting children is unmatched,” said his boss, Platte County Prosecutor Eric Zahnd. “He is a tremendous advocate for child victims inside the courtroom.”
