Northland bank robbed

A woman robbed a Kansas City, North, bank Wednesday morning.

The robbery was reported just before 10 a.m. at an Equity Bank in the 6200 block of Northwest 63rd Terrace.

The FBI said there were no injuries and the robber took an undisclosed amount of cash. She left the area in a silver four-door vehicle with tinted windows.

The robber was described as a white female with a slim build who was 25 to 30 years old. She wore blue jeans and a gray short-sleeved T-shirt and carried a black purse. She also wore sunglasses and a red or pink bandanna.
