Police investigate homicide near Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City, North
Police were investigating a homicide Tuesday morning after a man died from injuries sustained at an apartment complex near the Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City, North.
Police responded to a medical call about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Apartments in the 100 block of Northwest Harlem Road.
Arriving officers found members of the Kansas City Fire Department treating a male victim. Emergency crews rushed him to a hospital where he died.
The man’s death is the second homicide at the apartment complex in less than two months. His death also marks the 35th homicide in Kansas City for this year.
