Sugar Creek police investigate after finding victim shot multiple times Sunday night
The Sugar Creek, Missouri, police department is investigating a Sunday night shooting after officers found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
Officers responded to the shooting at 10:17 p.m. in the 11500 block of Lexington Avenue. They transported the person to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to a Sugar Creek police news release.
Police arrested a suspect, who is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
