Man dies from Kansas City traffic wreck injuries
A man who died as a result of injuries suffered in a Tuesday afternoon Kansas City traffic crash was identified Wednesday as 22-year-old Lorn L. Brown.
Brown, of Kansas City, was injured about 4:15 p.m. Tuesday when a car he was riding in collided with another vehicle at Truman Road and Jackson Avenue.
According to Kansas City police, Brown was the front passenger in a Saturn that turned in front of an oncoming pickup truck. The Saturn then collided with two parked cars.
Brown was taken to a hospital where he died later Tuesday night.
Three children who were unrestrained in the back seat of the Saturn were also hurt in the crash, but none of their injuries were considered life-threatening.
