Argument leads to gunfire Saturday outside Legends Outlets shopping center in KCK

An argument led to gunfire Saturday night near the Legends Outlets shopping center in Kansas City, Kansas, according to police.

The incident was reported about 10:37 p.m. in the 1800 block of Village West Boulevard, after a group of people began arguing in a business, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department. Police did not say which business it happened in.

A police officer stopped the argument, but a short time later as some of the people walked to their vehicle, they were shot at.

None of them were hit, police said, but some nearby cars were damaged by gunfire.
