OP man accused of indecent exposure for fourth time

A 26-year-old Overland Park man on probation for indecent exposure was arrested again for a similar crime Sunday at a park.

Prosecutors charged Joseph Daniel Rodriguez III in Johnson County District Court on Monday with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior.

He allegedly exposing himself to a woman who had a baby with her at South Lake Park, according to Overland Park police.

Court records show that Rodriguez pleaded guilty last year to three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior involving three different victims in Overland Park and Shawnee.

In February, his probation in that case was extended until August so he could complete sex offender treatment, according to court records.
