Police identify victim of fatal weekend shooting in KCK

Police on Monday identified the victim of Saturday’s fatal shooting in Kansas City, Kan. as Alan Castro, 21, of Kansas City, Kan.

The shooting, which occurred at around 3:50 p.m. Saturday on the 2400 block of Pacific Avenue, is still under investigation. Police are encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
