65-year-old Kansas City heroin dealer sentenced to prison
A 65-year-old Kansas City man was sentenced Thursday to 15 years and eight months in federal prison for dealing heroin.
Sidney A. Williams was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, where he pleaded guilty in May to conspiracy to distribute heroin and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Federal prosecutors said Williams was part of a group that distributed heroin in the Kansas City area from 2012 to 2016.
When they searched his home, investigators found a loaded handgun, black tar heroin and crack cocaine.
