KC traffic crash victim identified

A man killed in a Kansas City traffic crash early Sunday has been identified as 30-year-old Gregory J. Steffens of Kansas City.

Steffens was the only occupant of a vehicle that crashed about 7 a.m. Sunday on Blue Parkway just west of Noland Road, police said.
