Shooting in south KC leaves victim in serious condition
A victim was in serious condition at Belton Regional Medical Center following a shooting Sunday afternoon in south Kansas City, police said.
According to police, the shooting occurred about 2 p.m. near 145th Street and U.S. 71. The victim left the scene and traveled to the hospital, police said.
