Kansas City motel death called suspicious

Kansas City police said Monday they are investigating the “suspicious death” of a man whose body was found inside a motel room.

Officers were called to the motel at Admiral Boulevard and Paseo about 11:15 a.m. Monday after an ambulance was dispatched to the scene and discovered the man dead.

Additional details were not immediately available Monday afternoon.
