KCK homicide victim identified

A Kansas City, Kan., homicide victim was identified Friday as 31-year-old Luis Martinez-Rosales.

Police said that officers answering a report of shots fired about 1:30 a.m. Thursday found Martinez-Rosales inside a vehicle in the 3400 block of North 59th Terrace.

He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he later died.
