Pedestrian killed by train in Lenexa

A pedestrian was killed by a train Tuesday morning on tracks just south of the West 87th Lane and Woodland Road crossing in Lenexa.

Police are investigating the death as a suicide. The victim was a man in his 40s, police said.

The incident was reported at 8:21 a.m.
