Gunman steals necklace and other jewelry from Kansas City worker
A man stole a necklace and other jewelry from a Kansas City liquor control worker outside a Midtown bar late Saturday, police said.
The worker told police she was standing in the bar’s parking lot in the 5400 block of Troost Avenue when a gunman approached about 11:30 p.m. and snatched the necklace from her neck and stole other jewelry before he ran away.
The victim was not harmed, according to police.
Police did not have a detailed description of the gunman.
