An Olathe man previously convicted of sexually assaulting a child has been charged with victimizing another child last year.
Dennis Michael Pennell is charged in Johnson County District Court with aggravated incident liberties of a child younger than 14.
He is being held in the Johnson County Jail on a bond of $500,000.
The alleged abuse occurred between August and December last year, according to court documents. It was investigated by Olathe police.
Pennell, 53, was previously convicted of aggravated criminal sodomy and was sentenced to nine years in prison, according to court records.
