Missouri couple accused of repeatedly raping teen girl they kept as ‘sex slave’
A Missouri husband and wife were charged on Friday with sex crimes, accused of repeatedly raping a teen girl who lived with them.
The girl, now 15, was made to perform sexual acts on Larry and Alicia Dykes of Strafford, Mo., for more than a year, according to court documents.
The alleged abuse began when the girl was younger than 14.
“This couple had this girl as a sex slave,” said Webster County Prosecutor Ben Berkstresser.
Among the allegations, according to court documents:
The girl was raped by Larry Dykes as Alicia Dykes watched.
She was forced to perform oral sex on Larry Dykes — some days as often as three times.
Sometimes the girl was blindfolded while being raped.
The alleged abuse was reported by a friend of the girl’s to police.
Larry Dykes is charged with 10 counts of either statutory sodomy or rape. Alicia Dykes is charged with three counts of statutory sodomy.
Berkstresser said he expects additional charges against Larry Dykes for a second victim.
Alicia and Larry Dykes are in custody on $500,000 bonds.
