Woman in critical condition after shooting at 39th and Jackson
A shooting left a woman in critical condition Monday night near East 39th Street and Jackson Avenue, according to police.
The shooting was reported shortly after 7 p.m. After being shot, the woman was taken to a home in the 3300 block of Jackson Avenue, where officers found her.
The woman was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Police had no description of a suspect Monday night.
