KCK charts its first 2018 homicide 82 minutes into the year
Kansas City, Kan., was not yet 90 minutes into the new year when police came upon an apparent homicide victim.
At 1:22 a.m. Monday, authorities responding to a shooting at the 2900 block of Oakland Avenue found a man in his 20s dead, police said.
