Police are seeking a person of interest who was seen driving a car Tuesday that belongs to an Overland Park teen who has been missing since Sunday.

Mikayala L. Norris, 18, “could be in danger,” her parents told police. To be missing is unusual for her, they said.

Tuesday afternoon, police asked for help finding a man who was seen in Gladstone earlier in the day driving Norris’ car — a 2007 black four door Toyota Camry with a Kansas licenses tag of 566 FSB.

The person of interest, seen in a surveillance camera photo, was a black male with long black braided hair, wearing a light gray hoodie and dark colored sweat pants.

Norris, a white female with blond hair, 5-foot-3 and 185 pounds, was last seen around 8:30 p.m. in the 9500 block of Metcalf Avenue at her workplace, wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Overland Park Police Department at 913-895- 6300 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
