The U.S. Marshals Service and Kansas City, Kan., police on Friday raided a mobile home park and confiscated a trove of guns, drugs and money.

Police Chief Terry Zeigler tweeted about the operation, which was conducted at the River Oaks Mobile Home Park, 7301 Buttonwood Ave.

“The US Marshal Service located one of our bad guys for us tonight and recovered guns, drugs, & money!” Zeigler said. “This is what local & federal partnerships are capable of doing.”

“They have a Marshal on a task force that works in our HQ, its a great partnership,” the chief continued.

Although only one arrest was made, police said the list of confiscated items included 11 long guns, 11 handguns, $31,000 in cash, 41 grams of heroin, 1,195 grams of meth, 246 grams of cocaine, 2,003 grams of marijuana and 40 pills of THC, 50 mg each.

Zeigler said the ATF will check to see whether the guns are stolen.

“Meth was also included,” Zeigler tweeted. “Drug dealers frequently have cocaine, crack or meth in their possession at the same time they have weed. I think they call it diversifying their investment.” He then added smiley emoji.

The tweets led to an exchange with some people who objected to the “war on drugs.”

“We enforce the laws created by our elected officials who are elected by you,” Zeigler replied. “You might want to start there.”
