Guilty verdict in Shawnee traffic collision that seriously injured bicyclist
A 40-year-old Shawnee man has been found guilty of driving drunk and seriously injuring a bicyclist on Shawnee Mission Parkway.
A Johnson County District Court jury on Thursday found Kevin Eugene Hall guilty of committing aggravated battery while under the influence of alcohol.
Hall was also found guilty guilty of leaving the scene of an injury accident.
The incident occurred on Sept. 23, 2015, on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee.
Sentencing for Hall is set for Feb. 7.
