Two associate professors at Pittsburg State University in Kansas have been charged in connection with a nude video.
The Pittsburg Morning Sun reported the charges relate to stalking and the illegal production and dissemination of the video of an “identifiable person who is nude or in the state of undress.”
Peter A. Rosen, 47, is chairman of Accounting and Computer Information Systems. He was charged with two counts of felony breach of privacy.
Barry J. Wilson, 39, is chairman of Graphics and Image Technology. He was charged with misdemeanor stalking.
Both men were arrested Thursday and were released on bond.
