Kansas City police identify man found mortally wounded

Kansas City police have identified a man found mortally wounded Sunday in a front yard in the 1500 block of East 77th Terrace as Raymond Gordon, 25.

Officers responded to the residence on a report of gunshots fired and found Gordon sprawled on the ground. Two blocks away, officers found a second person thought to have been wounded during the same shooting.

No arrests have been made.
