Motorcyclist killed in Belton crash is identified

A Grandview man died Monday morning when his motorcycle crashed into the passenger side of a car.

Jacob Scott, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The accident occurred about 9:30 a.m. on North Scott Street near the Markey Road intersection.
