Kansas City police investigate homicide at 49th Street and College

Kansas City police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting on the city’s East Side late Saturday.

Police received a report of a shooting at about 9:20 p.m. at 49th Street and College. A suspect was arrest an hour later, a dispatcher said.

No other details about the circumstances of the shooting were immediately available.
