Police: Suspect fled on bicycle after shooting near Independence, Cleveland in KC
One person was critically injured in a shooting Friday night near Independence and Cleveland avenues in Kansas City.
The shooting was reported about 10:15 p.m.
Police said a suspect in a blue shirt fled the scene on a bicycle after the incident.
