1 dead, 2 seriously wounded in triple shooting near W. 41st Ave., Booth St. in KCK
Kansas City, Kan., police on Saturday were investigating a triple shooting that left one person dead just west of the University of Kansas Medical Center complex.
Police said three men in a vehicle were shot about 6:40 p.m. Friday in the 4100 block of Adams Street. They drove a block west, to 41st Avenue and Booth Street, where they called police.

The victims were taken to a hospital, where one died. The two others suffered wounds that were not considered life-threatening.
