Pleasant Valley shooting victim in hospital with serious injuries; suspect in custody
One person is in custody after a shooting Friday in Pleasant Valley sent the victim to the hospital with serious injuries.
The shooting was reported at 5:45 p.m. in the 7800 block of Walnut Street, according to Pleasant Valley authorities.
The Pleasant Valley Police Department is investigating the shooting along with the Clay County Investigative Squad.
The victim, police said, sustained injuries not considered life-threatening.
