Woman killed in central Kansas City shooting is identified

A woman killed Wednesday afternoon in central Kansas City was identified Thursday as 36-year-old Tamara Randolph.

Kansas City police said that Randolph was fatally shot at a residence at 37th Street and Woodland Avenue.

Police said that a suspect in the shooting was arrested at the scene.
