Fake health worker steals drugs from elderly Overland Park woman
Overland Park police are seeking a suspect in the theft of pain medication from an elderly woman last month.
Police said the theft occurred last month in the 8100 block of Santa Fe Drive.
The victim reported that a woman she didn’t know came into her apartment and claimed to be a health worker.
The suspect asked if the victim took pain medication and asked where she kept it.
The victim later discovered that her medication was missing.
Police said the suspect is white, has blond hair and is in her 30s. She is about 5 feet 7 inches tall.
