Kansas City homicide victim identified

Kansas City police on Monday identified a man found shot to death Sunday night as 53-year-old Kelvin B. Paige.

Officers initially called to a reported disturbance about a block away discovered Paige’s body outside his wrecked vehicle a little after 8:30 p.m. Sunday at 25th and Harrison streets.

Police ask anyone with information about his death to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
