Woman dead, man critical in double shooting in KCK

A woman died and a man was in critical condition after a double shooting Thursday in Kansas City, Kan.

Police were called shortly after 2 p.m. to a residence in the 800 block of North 70th Street, where they found the two victims inside. The man, in his 30s, was taken to a hospital. Anyone with information is asked to call the Tips Hotline at 816-474-8477.
