Man suffers minor injuries in early morning shooting in KC

A man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries early Thursday after he was shot during a disturbance in Kansas City.

Police responded to a call about a disturbance about 3:20 a.m. in the 3900 block of Vineyard Road in Kansas City.

When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot.
