Kansas City police robbery unit seeks man who was at Relax Smoke Shop
The Kansas City Police Department’s robbery unit hopes to identify a man pictured in surveillance footage from December 2016.
The smoke shop is located at 6 W. 39th Street and the picture was taken at 1 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2016.
Those with information about the identity of the person are encouraged to call 911 or the TIPS Hotline 816-474-TIPS (8477).
