23rd and Indiana in KC closed to traffic after worker finds possible explosives
Authorities closed traffic near 23rd Street and Indiana Avenue on Friday after possible explosives were found.
A worker in the area told police they had located what they believe to be possible explosives about 3:10 p.m.
The Kansas City Police Department’s Bomb and Arson squad responded, and authorities immediately closed the area to traffic.
