Two injured in Raytown after gunshots ring out on Vaughn Avenue; two arrested

Two people were arrested after gunshots rang out Friday in Raytown, injuring two other people.

The shooting was reported about 1:45 p.m. in the 9100 block of Vaughn Avenue.

Officers found two people shot and arrested two people involved in the incident.

Both victims were were taken to a hospital, police said. Their injuries were not considered life threatening.
