Olathe police seek tips in woman’s 2008 killing
Seven years after Tammy Cochran’s badly burned body was found near De Soto in Johnson County, police still are seeking clues to find her killer.
Olathe police said Friday that a reward of up to $18,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
Cochran, 37, was found dead on March 5, 2008, on the property of the Olathe water treatment facility at 8255 S. Gardner Road.
Police said detectives have spent countless hours and conducted numerous interviews in the case, but have not received any new tips since 2013.
Anyone with information is asked to call Olathe police at 913-971-6728 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
