Separate trial dates were set Friday for the four men charged with murder in the killing of a Shawnee gun store owner.

Jon Bieker was fatally shot during a January 2015 attempted robbery at She’s a Pistol, the store he co-owned with his wife, Becky Bieker.

Nicquan Midgyett, De’Anthony Wiley and Londro Patterson, all 21, and Hakeem Malik, 20, are charged in Johnson County District Court with first-degree murder in Jon Bieker’s death.

Three of them were also wounded during the alleged robbery attempt, which was captured on video surveillance.

The trial dates scheduled Friday are: April 10 for Midgyett; May 1 for Wiley; May 15 for Patterson; and June 12 for Malik.
