Man found dead in KCK lake is identified

A man found dead in a lake near downtown Kansas City, Kan., was identified Wednesday as Kelvin Fulson.

Fulson, 42, was found Monday morning in Big Eleven Lake, just east of North 11th Street between State Avenue and Washington Boulevard.

A cause of death was not released, but the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Office said no suspects were being sought.
