Man charged with exposing himself outside Overland Park Von Maur store

A 39-year-old Kansas City, Kan., has been charged with masturbating in public outside of a Von Maur store in Overland Park.

Isaias Lopez-Brito was arrested Tuesday afternoon after a store security office saw him inside a car in the parking lot outside the store in the 6600 block of West 135th Street, according to Overland Park police.

Lopez-Brito was charged in Johnson County District Court with a misdemeanor charge of lewd and lascivious behavior.

He was released from custody after posting a $1,000 bond, and is next scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15.

As a condition of his bond he was ordered to stay away from the Von Maur store.
