KCK homicide victim identified

A man who was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head Saturday in Kansas City, Kan., has been identified as Martin L. Ramirez, 34, of Kansas City, Kan.

Ramirez was discovered shortly before 8 p.m. in an SUV at Osage Avenue and 18th Street Expressway. Police said the vehicle had been reported stolen.
